How We Help
Temple Management
Track and manage all temporary shelters (temples) providing refuge to affected families. Each centre maintains detailed information about their location, contact details, and student capacity.
Student Tracking
Monitor the number of affected students at each location. Sangha Sabha coordinators validate student counts to ensure accurate distribution of educational resources.
School Kit Distribution
Coordinate the approval and distribution of school kits containing essential books and materials. The national coordination centre manages allocations to ensure equitable distribution.
System Structure
The system operates through a three-tier administrative structure:
- National Coordination Centre: Oversees the entire system, manages school kit approvals, and has access to all data.
- Sangha Sabha Coordination Centres: Manage and validate temple data within their assigned regions.
- Temples/Centres: Update their information and student counts for validation by Sangha Sabha coordinators.
